Technology Serving Tourism
Thanks to a free mobile app and an interactive website, visitors can check weather conditions, sea status, beach occupancy, the safety flag, and important alerts such as the presence of jellyfish or pollution. Additionally, the system provides details about nearby services and calculates the distance to each beach.
This pilot project is part of Torrevieja’s Tourism Strategy, aiming to promote a more sustainable and digitalized model to improve the visitor experience.
