Our beach management software consists of two separate applications, adapted to current tax regulations and prepared for Verifactu:Nuestro software de gestión de playas consiste en dos aplicaciones diferenciadas, adaptadas a la normativa fiscal vigente y preparadas para el Verifactu:
- A mobile application for the work on the beach by the collectors or controllers of your products to rent or to sell (sunbeds, umbrellas, pergolas, nautical, etc).
- Another desktop application for those responsible or in charge of management. From here you can manage all aspects of your business, as well as control different mobile devices and manage billing securely and in accordance with Verifactu.
Beach management through the mobile application
By using a system of location by sectors and rentable objects per sector, you will be able to organize your beach in a logical way and control your resources at all times.
Each cashier will be assigned a specific group of sectors where they can rent and sell all kinds of items. A portable printer prints a receipt or ticket for the customer when they make a rental or sale, ensuring transparent management that meets Verifactu’s requirements. This way, the customer has proof of their rental, and the beach managers can check the status of their beach at any time.
The application works in offline mode and uses the 3G, 2G or wifi connection to send the necessary information, i.e. the operator works even if there is no internet coverage and the moment the device finds a connection it will send the data accumulated so far.
The local beach management application
The beach manager controls all aspects of their business through this application, including sales and billing control adapted to Verifactu.
On the one hand, we configure our work mode. We can control each of the beach sectors we are going to work with, assign employees to those sectors and which terminals or devices are going to be used. We define the items to be rented, prices, etc.
Once configured and working, we can see in real time the evolution of our business, sales made, status of our beaches, statistics.
